Final push: Let’s put women in their place!

It’s finally here: The last weekend before Election Day. It’s your last chance to help put women in their place — in statewide office, the Public Service Commission, and the Montana Legislature!

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Donate to one or both of our regional/statewide candidates

  2. Volunteer with our targeted candidates for the Montana Legislature.

Either way, you’ll be helping women win next week. Let’s do this!

Donate
Your donations help these endorsed, qualified women candidates keep talking to voters through Election Day. And by pitching in today, you’ll be helping both of these candidates win races against extreme Republican women who are the opposite of everything Carol’s List stands for.

Monica Tranel has more than 20 years of experience fighting for Montanans, both in the courtroom and before the Public Service Commission. She'll bring this experience and professionalism to the Commission, which is currently filled with Republican men who spy on each other, who don't show up to meetings, and who outright fall asleep in the meetings they do attend. All while your rates have gone up 20 percent over the past decade.

Monica's opponent is unqualified and dangerous. Her opponent is connected to right-wing militias, spreads extremism online, and is the CEO of a Utah-based group that wants to sell off Montana’s public lands.

Romano Lehman Fall Mini 2019-40 (3).jpg

Melissa Romano will put the "public" back in the Superintendent of Public Instruction's office. Melissa was a teacher for 15 years, and Montana Teacher of the Year in 2018. Her experience with public schools will bring a welcome change from the past four years.

Melissa's opponent illegally diverted $800,000 in public Covid relief money to religious and private schools, and her record is so terrible that Montana's biggest public-employees union condemned her candidacy.

Donate to Melissa's campaign today.

Volunteer

More than 63 percent of Montanans have already got their ballots in, so the final days of the campaign are devoted to making get-out-the-vote calls to the Democrats who haven’t yet dropped off their ballots. Every vote counts — especially when you remember that two of these districts were decided by fewer than 20 votes in 2018.
