Two ways we’re supporting Dem women — you can help!
We know you’re just as horrified and disgusted as we are by last week’s white-supremacist insurrection at the Capitol in Washington, and about the bills already getting hearings at the Montana Legislature.
We’ll be offering you two things this Leg session to help you support both the women who are serving, and the women who will run and serve in the future:
Actions you can take to speak out on bad bills, so our Democratic caucus (led by women!) can see your strong support of their no votes.
Links for you to share on your socials, so we can all applaud and support the Democratic women serving at the state Capitol this session. Our women leaders will feel the love; our recruits will see the network that's there to support them.
We’ll also keep you posted about our events and early trainings. We’ll be recruiting early and often, and keeping the session front and center as we do so.

Bad bills:
Four terrible anti-choice bills will be getting hearings in the House Judiciary committee on Tuesday and Wednesday.
From our allies at Planned Parenthood:
These bills are dangerous and extreme attacks by politicians to interfere with the privacy and health care of Montanans. Every person’s circumstance is different and every pregnancy is unique.
Politicians are not medical experts, and this is not an area where politicians should be interfering.
Click here to send an electronic message to your legislators and the House Judiciary Committee urging them to vote NO on this extreme legislation.
Call the Montana legislative information desk to leave a message for the House Judiciary Committee by calling 406.444.4800.
The office is staffed Monday through Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM.
We all deserve access to health care based on our medical needs and doctor's best judgment. HB 136, HB 140, HB 167, and HB 171 are all dangerous attempts to interfere with the privacy and health care of Montanans. Every pregnancy is unique, and everyone must have the freedom to make decisions in consultation with their doctor that are best for their own unique circumstances. Politicians are not medical experts and this is not an area where politicians should be interfering.
